CERTFICATE OF MERIT AWARDED TO BPCA

On November1, 2011 Assistant Treasurer and Pool Chairman, Kevin Linsky, representing Bay Point Condominiums, accepted a Certificate of Merit from the Ottawa County Health Department. A photo of the award may be seen to to the right of this posting.

The Certificate of Merit is for outstanding excellence and achievement in Swimming Pool Sanitation and Safety for 2011.

We thank our Property Manager Brian Hehr and our Pool Maintenance Service for all they have done to achieve this recognition.

Thanks also to our Pool Chairman and the Owners who use the facilities at the pool and ensure that the pool safety rules are complied with every day the pool is open.

BPCA 2011- OPEN GATE- OPEN HOUSES

Beginning in May 2011, GATE OPEN, Unit Open Houses will be permitted on the first and and third Sundays of each month from 1 to 4 PM. All other showings will be by appointment only. Continental Management will be sending letters to local Realtor offices to inform them of this policy.

Entrance Gate Safety- Reminder

The spring is here and Owners may be planning for additions and improvements to their condominium furnishings, appliances or services to condo facilities/equipment. Please ensure that delivery and services drivers/personnel are well advised on the entrance procedures. Owners are responsible for ensuring that delivery and service vehicles negotiate our entrance gate without incident. Facilitating actions may include an owner's presence at the entrance gate when a delivery or service vehicle arrives, to assist with safe passage.
